Idiots will be idiots and it's hard to get rid of them. But until then, they will keep asking for waffles before even knowing what's going on with the tracker =P

maybe a short term faq should be added. I agree with you its annoying to see everyone asking for invites when its obvious that invites aren't able to be sent out!
