The best way to do this is to go to bitme's irc channel and talk to a moderator.
irc.LostIRC.org #bitme
If the a/c was disabled for inactivity the mods may listen to you, good luck anyway.

IRC is the only way to get a dead account revived.
Because the account will slip back into disabled status within minutes, you need to be in the same place as the mod so you can log straight in and reset the clock.
