why won't you just find someone that doesn't have one yet and buy it together.
I think it is much easyer that way. My 2c.

I can swing whatever? I guess i haven't really looked at prices. How much are the good boxes with solid connections? 20... 40 a month? I can swing whatever unless you planning on buying a datacenter
