but I don't think it will stop comcast
they like to walk all over there customers and lie to them and take there money for an inferior service. But I'm not bitter or anything
just because I am paying for 250Kbps up speed and only getting 44Kbps with Bittorent. This makes it kind of hard to keep a good ratio

That would be awesome if he wins. I'm glad now that I made to switch from Comcast to AT&T. I don't have any problems with them.
