amm im wondering if its a mistake or what:
in FAQ (english) the conditions for PU:
Must have been be a member for at least 4 weeks, have uploaded at least 10GB and have a ratio at or above 1.05.
The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met. Note that you will be automatically demoted from
this status if your ratio drops below 0.95 at any time.
in FAQ (ramanian) the conditions for PU:
Trebuie sa fiti membru de cel putin 4 saptamani, sa aveti upload-at cel putin 25GB si un ratio de cel putin 1.05
Promovarea se face automat la indeplinirea acestor conditii.Tine-ti minte ca veti fi automat coborat automat de la acest status
daca ratia scade mai jos de 0.95

amm for those ppl who didn't understand this is the problem:
in english FAQ you need 10G and in romanian 25G.
i'll get 4 weeks in few days and i wanna know what do i need to be PU.

The PU limit used to be 10GB and we didn't demote anyone when we raised it to 25GB.

means, earlier, the power user limit used to be 10GB and now the power user limit is minimum 25GB upload with 1.05 ratio and member for 4 weeks
