    Well I got a Sony Viao VGC-RA828g and I was wondering where I could get a BIOS Update

    Motherboard: CPU Type Intel Pentium 4 560, 3600 MHz (18x200)
    Motherboard Name Asus PTGD2-VX
    Motherboard Chipset Intel Grantsdale i915P
    System Memory 2048 MB (PC3200 DDR SDRAM)
    BIOS Type AMI (Bios Date 11/16/04)

    Check what it fixes.

    If it isn't an issue that affects you then most people would advise you to leave the bios as it is.
