i need seedbox utorrent webui access ( only utorrent no TF ) .
i need to be the only one on the server .

i prefer vectoral / leaseweb but if u have another one from another companies i will try the speed first then i will decide .

speed must be :

100 mbps down / 100 mpbs up .
