This is just like those f*****d up compilations CD's that say best of 2000 when its the first few months into it...
You cant really have this award now, we still have 'Lord of the Rings: The return of the King' and 'The Matrix Revolutions' amongst other films to look forward too...
But if you are forcing me to vote now I would say Reloaded or Terminator 3

Pirates Of The Caribbean is a great movie, but it's not in the list.
so my vote is: Bad Boys II
i also vote for matrux reloaded. but i can't wait for Tomb Raider Cradle Of Life. that will be my all time favorite movie. and die hard isn't on your list, nor is it from 2003, but its my current favorite movie of all time.
