Hi, I'm fairly new to P2P file sharing and have heard alot about PeerGuardian so a while ago I installed it and it ran fine, updated and all that, for the last couple of months though it hasn't been updating, can anyone help me on this please

Check your list manager to see if the links are correct and enabled. For me they are:
http://peerguardian.sourceforge.net/lists/ads.php
http://peerguardian.sourceforge.net/lists/p2p.php
http://peerguardian.sourceforge.net/lists/spy.php
Also check if your firewall is blocking peerguardian from connecting and updating.
