    They're well know for their emulators but they have a tracker with open signups and 222 ps1 games, so thats not too bad.

    But I also agree with BCG and UG.

    I can't think of any torrent sites besides UG. I get mine from the ps1 section at snesorama.us. Has pretty much every game ever made, all rapidshare/megaupload/etc links though
