i have vps with them for many months, good speeds.

What exactly is "good speeds". whats the max you have reached? .

I've had 8MB steady for 12 hours no problems.. and i'm sure that a limit of the peers speed and not the seedbox speed.

setup vps in hosting ie is free. but contract minimum is 3 months

Leaseweb seems the Great although i would of gone for hosting ie but the subtotal is too much is the subtotal for 3 months or just for 1 month

ie.hosting is not the choice for the one month quick boost, but if you want a good, cheap box for 6 months or more, then it is without doubt well worth it.
