    I have a full retail version of Vista Ultimate.
    I have the fancy plastic box, the 32 bit DVD and the 64 bit DVD.

    It was a gift from M$.

    Cool, i could activate my Xp as many time as i wanted all i did was ring the 'indian person' up and they sorted it for me. but when i was doing that something was up with my pc and it kept telling me to reactivate it:s it fine now though

    Has anyone else noticed that, starting around last June, MS redid the call in procedure and now the computer asks the questions that the "Indian person" used to?

    boot with a bootdisk
    format C:
    then install xp

    fixed!

    Yup also make ure to do a clean install if your replacing multiple parts like cpu, ram, and hdd. It will safe you all the device driver hassles later down the line.

    I didnt know there were Ram and HDD drivers, i know that your system 32 likes to have it fair share when you log on to your pc and go on to your desktop.
