I would prefer you only vote if you have at least 3 of these trackers. Vote based on this priority chart
1. pretimes
2. speed (dl AND ul)
3. content (their all very similar, for the most part)
4. the community of course

trackers have different numbers of members a poll like this is useless unless they infact have all of the above.

All theese polls are just about as usefull statistic wise, as the encyclopaedia britannica is to blind people.

yeah true, it will all go down to if you have these trackers, cause then if you were to vote for a tracker you arent currently with you are just using other sources and not your own
