Tip For Faster Web Page Loading

hey sorry for being so dumb but help plz

but i use 98 se and my settings are in binary. this is what they were originally

"LocalPriority"=f3,01,00,00
"HostsPriority"=f4,01,00,00
"DnsPriority"=d0,07,00,00
"NetbtPriority"=d1,07,00,00
"Class"=08,00,00,00

this is what they look like after modification

Class = 01
DnsPriority = 01
HostsPriority = 01
LocalPriority = 01
NetbtPriority = 01

is that ok

or should it look like this?

Class = 10
DnsPriority = 10
HostsPriority = 10
LocalPriority = 10
NetbtPriority = 10

Hey! Things work a little better, I'm running ADSL so uuhh I don't see "too" much of a change, but other than that it's better than it was before

Fantastic.

I'm on 56K and even though this tip doesn't increase connection speed, pages display significantly faster than before tweakage.

Holy $#!@, it really does work! Why were those values set to such odd numbers when 1 is so much better? Has anyone discovered any negative side effects yet? Everything seems fine to me so far.
