HELP! .....Tryin' to retrieve my TL account!

Hi. I have/had an account at Torrentleech for close to 2 years. For over 2+ months, I was unable to visit the website. Up until today, I finally can get to the login page. However, when trying to login, it simply stated failed. Also, while attempting to recover my account details, my email wasn't found through its database.
Was I a victim of unknown circumstances? Was I banned for unspecified reason(s). Was my IP blocked or my country unpermitted?

My username is inNYC and email is [email protected].

For TL admin./staff/mods, please respond with answers and please reactivate my account because I maintained a 1+ ratio despite a slower bandwith compared to those with higher speeds. In fact, I uploaded over 20 gigs.

For the record, I'll like to state Torrentleech was and will always be my favorite torrent tracker.
