Ratio proofs can easily be fabricated or copied from someone else, or you can show a ratio from a tracker you had for just a day or something...

And when you take ratio proof screenshots, you can open up a text file in notepad and write a note in it that can be identified with you, and then take the screenshot with the message in the background. Can't fake that

And just because a user has a high upload speed doesn't mean he won't cheat. He could just be lazy (and he could take a screenshot of the speedtest from another)
