I agree with MrLazy totaly its not and u shouldnt ask abouth level. its abouth torrents,community and they are very good in that from what i have heard before..so signup there and enjoyPlz don't ask about level .. its not everything you know? speeds are fine, community is fine ..theres nothing bad about this tracker to be honest
