    I can understand the shaving thing. I persuaded No 1 son that a small trim in the brow region was not a bad idea.....

    ...he is studying computer science at Strathclyde is there some sort of genetic link between brows and geekdom?

    I beleive your son lives not far from me. If i see him with an unibrow he will get a smack in the chops.
