Thread: Who's Going To Be Sacked First ?

  1. #1
A new season looms and I cant wait.

I so missed the football over this summer.

Who's going to get the chop first ?

Sad really but I am going to say Glenn Hoddle.

We sold a few players but did not buy in my view any quality players !!

    So Hoddle to go ?

    What do you reckon ?

from where i stand all the managers look pretty sturdy, its difficult to tell

Glenn picked up Bobby Zamora - scored a hat-trick on his friendly debut i believe - so i think he should be safe

i think Arsene Wenger should leave if he can't hold onto Pires and Vieira - he also let Paul Robinson slip out of his grasp

Glen Hoddle for being totally inept in every managerial job he's ever had!!

CBB leave politics out of sports threads, there's a section for that sort of thing.

although not premiership, and not the first either, my bet is that Alex Mcliesh of Rangers will be sacked (or resign) this time next year.

the huns are in financial problems (debt of £50 milion plus and a wage hogging player like Arteta who was supposed to be offloaded)

I reckon Chelsea may have a bad start to the season.

Its ok buying all the new players.. but will they gel ?

DarthInsinuate... Bobby Zamora has never played in the big league.

    I reckon he will struggle.

Hoddle will be gone by xmas !

i think Div 1 is a big enough warm up - that Wayne Rooney didn't seem to have a problem scoring goals, having no professional experience

i'm thinking Peter Reid will get the chop - Harry Kewell's gone and Leeds didn't do too well last year

Remember Hoddle signed Postiga too - he won the UEFA cup so shouldn't have too much trouble in the big leagues. Then again I think Zamora will be OK too.

MetroStars, I'm with you, I don't think Peter Reid will last long if Leeds' season begins anything like their last.
