Having Trouble Installing Downloaded Windows Xp

i have downloaded several windows xp programs and am having difficulties installing any of them.

win-XP-Operating System.iso
Windows_XP_Pro_Corporate_Final.iso

i changed the .exe to .iso

i have burned them to to discs, using nero, and it prompts me to choose a program to open it. what am i doing wrong?

can someone please help me? please use simple directions. i am technically challenged.

Download WinRAR and extract the downloaded windows xp.iso.exe or whatever you have downloaded. It will give you a bunch of files then burn it to cd using nero.
