Coral Draw Exe File

I have down loaded coral draw 11 and it is an exe file. in the past I have changed the extention to iso and use alcohol to burn. this is not working and I get the message unknown format. Any ideas please.

maybe it isnt an iso file, maybe its a self extracting zip. or a different extension

I posted the question in the hope someone had solved the problem! I have checked FAQs and the various links but they were no help.
