Guess This Movie

I dont know where the guess the movie post went to because i couldn't find it, but i need some help with a movie i dont know the name of. I watched a little bit of it and want to watch the rest of it but i dont know the name. Here's what i know.

There's a kid and something's wrong with the kid. Mentally. I think her brother or some kids were playing with a ball that was on top of the house and the girl went up to get it and suddently she started repeatingly screaming of some sort. Not regular screaming, but like squaking like a bird or something. This girl started building structures with playing cards. Like ace's clubs and such. Building designs out of playing cards. So trying to get her daughter better she starts building a life size design of something she did with boards and stuff. I dont know of the name of the movie. Can anyone guess it.
