rightso..i don't have seedbox i have a 2 mbps connection so.. 200 kBps but i have extreme good ratio and allmost every tracker.. u don't need good conection to be a member on a tracker u have to me a good member and start from the lower ones not to lvl 9

u can utilize ur seedbox on any of these
