    tritip ftw. thts a west coast u.s. cut mainly tho. otherwise, new york.
    onion rings and or mashed taters on the side are a must tho.

    when i was younger i would watch my dad eat a WHOLE steak (including the fat). at the time the concept of eating the fatty parts grossed me out but now that im older i think that if a steak is too lean it loses all of its flavor.

    i recently tried kobe beef and OMG....best fucking cut of meat i have ever had. it was very rich and buttery and very fatty and and and and just OMG. it made me wet my panties

    kobe beef has nothing on my cows, I make them 4 course meals 3 times a day.
    (not so) true story.
