Download Peerguardian (Found at http://www.k-lite.tk)

To clear this up without insults of flame (behave JP and TW)
It has always been illegal to d/l copywritten material and share copywritten material.
You can help protect yourself by keeping up to date with the latest K-lite realeases and using peerguardian (do a google on it) Although at the moment you will never be 100% safe from the authorities (at least with using kazaa or even k-lite).
If the fear of getting caught upsets you I can only suggest you stop d/ling fron P2P progs.
But dont be too scared. The odds of being caught are millions to one at the mo.
