There's quite a few threads on how to help in seeding. Most of them talk about:

-rss downloader
-jump early on new and popular tv shows.
-partial seeding ( some folks think its morally not good
-downloading a file from site A, and downloading the same torrent file from site B, and seeding there
(Note: you're not uploading the actual torrent to site B here, that considered bad)
-last one, keep on seeding

tiolewis, wouldnt downloading packs, put one in real trouble especially early on at a tracker. Probably best to download packs during a free leech and keep them seeding for a long time.

Yes, after spending some time at a tracker, then one can prolly download packs

depends on what packs you pick, it could help but it may turn out all sour for you if you choose this way i personally choose popular tv shows, DVDRs and games

jump on a active new torrent. dvd pack or anything big, that you know you can hit 100 gigs
seed that torrent at maxs speed give it 2 day's you got a nices buffer..

I was on WAFFLES only 3 day's and i got 300 gigs buffer with 2 gigs download on freeleech
