yeh FrStyleKing i agree w/ you...thats really why i bought an XBOX...so i can play new games......b/c my comp is a complete POS and $200 (price of xbox) in upgrades wouldnt do much.(atleast not for me b/c my comp is just plain old and nothing can help it )

Doom III is gonna be great... because

1) ID Software have never made a crappy game.
2) It's not rushed, they are taking their time.
3) It has killer graphics.
4) It's Doom-style - hundreds of monsters on each level, as opposed to a small amount in most of today's shooters.
5) It's Single Player oriented! This is the most important because i'm sh!t tired of all these multiplayer-only and mostly MP games... Warcraft 3... Q III Arena... UT 2003... etc. etc. you can't play against the computer these days anymore. Doom III will change that.

I can't wait buying a good gfx card soon to support it too...
