Maybe im missing something here, but i cant believe anyone is still using, or recomending leaseweb for a tracker after what happened to OINK, TV-Links, Demonoid and a few other trackers that were over there.

Persoanlly i would not go anywhere near them.

Countries are Sweden for now (in Europe so things can change fast), Russia, China, Offshore, so Malyasia/Hong Kong, I have heard South America as well, Brazil, Cuba, Argentina but thats just heresay.

but saying that no where is 100% safe, it just takes them longer to catch you, thats why i like to keep moving every year ish.

just lookup some domains, you will at least get the countries, but like i say, most are still in holland with leaseweb so not sure whats going on there now.
