utorrent port

i recently had to reset my modem and when i did this i somehow lost my open port for utorrent and now when i try to download i get the red thingy telling me that i am blocked or i need to open a port thing is when i did this the first time i didnt write it down so i need some genourous person who has a tutorial on how to do this to please pass it on
