How can i make my sig pic smaller? The size is already set to small

You should resize it with a program like Photoshop, the size buttons are for text only.

I didn't know you had your own website, RF?

open the image in paint.
go to "image>stretch/skew" or press ctrl+w

then enter a new size (as a percentage of the original) and that's it done

Ive been having problems getting my signature picture how I want it. I understand that I need the URL and all that good stuff but I have the picture in my 'My Pictures' folder. Ive shrunk the picture down in Paintshop to about 25% of the original size but cant figure out the easiest way to accomplish getting it 'activated'. What should I do??? Is this enough info??? Please dont remove this post! I like to review several opinions!
