i've got up to 700kb/s, but my average with klite is around 200kb/s. with bittorrent, it's like 100-200, doesn't go over 200. bittorrent is slow, but good, but slow

btw: i have regular comcast cable

i hit 4.5 ~ 5.0 KB/s on a 56kbps connection, and i'm very happy my 700 mb downloads take 40 ~ 50 hours to complete!
btw, 30KB/s for more than a second under a 56kbps connection is impossible.
