Stratovarius - Destiny
The Final Fantasy music video I heard this song on introduced me to metal and I have been listening to metal ever since. Plus it's 10 minuted long and very epic.

I would have put Pool Shark (acoustic), because that song is truly incredible, but its a little too short (just one verse repeated twice)
