I heard theres a boot disk that you can put into your ps2 or xbox that lets you play any game is this true and if so where and how do i get it and one more question can you fill me in on how to get started with getting games what the requirements are and what not

Get Daemon Tools. They always come in handy.
Specs vary from game to game.
Just find a game you fancy, (check the verifeds), download it and experiment.
