Thread: K Lite Codec Problem

  1. #1
Previously, I had installed Nimo ,and everything worked fine.

Now I installed K Lite 2.04 codec pack and tried to play a xvid movie. But the picture is upside down. (so if a man is standing up, his feet are on the top and head at the bottom - u may argue that this is normal for a hollywood movie).

Another problem is that I used to play my MP3s with Windows media player. but now I cannot play my mp3 with windows MP (but can still play them with real player).

What is the best setting for installing the K Lite codec player, so the picture is normal.

Are you using DirectVobSub for subtitles? Then right-click on the arrow icon in the system tray. There is an option to flip the picture.

Otherwise in WMP go to File > Properties
There you can view info about codecs and filters that are being used. One of them will haev an option to flip the picture.
