do you think with a SATA disk we have the same problem?

set it to 512mb see what you get ? let me know, becoz that's the settings i use atm and i don't get any Disk Overloaded
i just tried it , didnt work i dont think there is a solution for this problem, or maybe with SATA disk we dont have this problem i dont know. i will try to defragment the disk maybe it will work, because i didnt have this problem my first days and i dowload at 8mb/s and seed at 10 in the same time (now its impossible lol)

So i think thgis is the only solution but thats just my opinion.

This is probably the best answer your going to find. I have the exact same problem at times and the best advice I can give you if your not going to upgrade your hdd is to keep an eye on the pieces when your downloading and adjust your speed based on how many pieces you have sitting there. When you see a scroll bar on a normal screen page I tend to adjust it down till it catches up. Try that and see how it goes and feel free to ask if you have anymore questions.

Do you have an antivirus turned on ? real time scanning i get overloaded when downloading with it turned on ctrl alt delete and look in task manager to see how much cpu useage is used by what it should say around 90 percent for this to happen

What type of service plan are you on and how much does it cost for a 10k rpm hard drive replacement? There's no selectable option for the 10k hard drive when you order on LW.
