SInce you haven't done anything illegal on that server mike160 I would ask for a refund asap and go somewhere else.

I am thinking that they should give it to you since you only had it for a few days.

they are scammer ! after they suspended my server, i sent them an email from another mail as a new user who ask for utorrent usage,

ok, because i rent it for utorrent usage , so i dont wanna get problems with it like copyright bla bla bla i alredy have server with ovh.com they suspended my server last mounth because of this.
and also i dont see this detail on the home page , is the HDD SATA or IDE ?

Your VPS account allow you to host anything you wish to have hosted on
the your own server. This does not apply to the reseller plan, only
VPS (Virtual Private Server). HDD believed to be SATA. IDE is way too
old for server.
