After having spent many, MANY hours downloading Global ops at some of the most excrutiatingly slow d&#39;l speeds I have ever seen this happened when I tried to install it >>CRC failed in Setup&#092;data2.cab<<. Is there any way to get a replacement for this file on its own or should I just add it to the long list of grievances which reinforces my persecution complex and slowly blackens my soul

Just checked my cd, the file is 428MB, so not much point.
Use direct connect for bins.
