It really depends on what type of website you want to build. But yes someone made a suggestion about learning photoshop and css. I recommend that as well. I'm also in the process of learning web design. Photoshop, CSS, HTML, and Javascript are pretty much a must. Lydna.com vids plus that book i mentioned earlier, is all you need to get started. Bitme and Bitspyder are your sites mate. Good luck!

I was never too impressed with the Total Training Videos (well, non photoshop ones). I would definitely try to look at amazon for reviews of the Photoshop/xHTML/CSS books, and get the ebook versions of them. PM me if you have any other questions. Welcome to the Web Design world.
