when i download music, sometimes i get long strings of numbers in the 'comments' for the song. what do these numbers mean?

I normally clear comments from all my songs every once in a while. is there any purpose to those codes?

haha yes it was an interesting title, as opposed to the bland one thats there now.. WELL does anyone know what they mean? are they some kind of check code for quality or something like that?
