I've been told they process donations manually, but twelve days after donating I still haven't received credit for my donation or any PMs from their staff. I sent two PMs to the staff member who takes cares of donations, one right after I donated(which your supposed to do) and the other one a few days later to see if there were any problems.
I've also talked to them in the IRC support channel, but even though I think they tried to help me it didn't accomplish anything.
If there is a Iplay staff member at FST, can you please help me out? I will give you all the details you need. For fellow Iplay members, is this normal for Iplay? Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
