I've been using PCDJ in the clubs for the last 3 years. I think this is the best hands-on mixing software out there. Check it out @ www.pcdj.com
If you just want to experiment and let your comp do the work, then try out MixMeister..... www.mixmeister.com

I have a friend who works playing music in parties and he uses PCDJ I believe it may be good .
