And about upload speed i will get seedbox cause i know there no way to keep a good ratio on SCT without seedbox .

You can keep a good ratio without a seedboc.... To be honest I am not that worried about people's speed because they can still keep a good ratio without high speeds. Sct is not a site that needs ne help with dl speeds.
