And the fact that this user has been banned already and so has his ip subnet range. So even if he calls up his isp and asks for a change...they wont change his subnet....so it is pointless.If he proxies, it wont take long to find out lol
And people wonder why trackers ban israel's ip range...it is because of cheating users like this one.
