Ok, heres a possible way to avoid getting sued by any of the RIAA.

This is gunna be a bitch for anyone with thousands of Tunes, but for people with a couple of Hundred or less.

Simply change the names of the files to sumthing different,
    for instance.
    Eminem - Lose Yourself >>>>>
    Nem - Yself

That way if you were eva caught you could simply say that you didnt know the file you downloaded was, what it was ( A Copyrighted song)
Also the RIAA wouldnt recognise the song titles either.
As i said if you have loads of tunes his would take ages, but it could be worth it.

If you only have a couple of hundred songs no-one is interested in you anyway. So don't worry about it.

It doesn't matter what files are named.

The RIAA, MPAA and others download complete files from users to verify before going after you.

doesn't matter but this reminds me of all the renaming that happened on Napster to avoid the filters.

It would just mess up the network. Then how would you be able to find the song you wanted?
    signature removed, check the boardrules.

Use verifieds. They search by sig, not name.
