That's my favourite one. I was going to put it up from the other board but it's been pruned .

    I love it

The base looks a like a comm badge and everything.
I know you said about it being blue but at least it's the one from TNG. I'm not that fussed on the original series, like.
I plan on beating him to death with his kids. I'll use them as a bludgeon on his face. -

Shame it looked neat. They are always hoovering or dusting over there - stuff hangs around here for years.

i agree with the chagalian aspect, random, naive.
atleast it has updated non communist references,
in its place, in systematic order, meaningless narrative with over symbolism
yet none the less fun, it could go on forever.
    hence it is groovy.

the bird umbrellas are the gem.

Oh God no, the original series was wank, although the films were brilliant. I remember watching every single episode as a kid from the first one shown on terrestrial telly in the UK. You know when as a kid you make a conscious effort to remember something for later? I knew that first episode was going to be the start of something special. I didn't think you could get any better than TNG, and then they did some spectacular stuff with DS9 and Voyager. Never did like either captains but the storylines and characters were inspired. Why did it all have to go wrong with Enterprise? Scott Bakula was a brilliant captain. It could have been so much better.

    I'm rambling .

I'll take a couple of pics tomorrow probably since there's some interest. I'm having a day off. Going to be up at 5am for a hike, then I need to go into town and get another sodding digital camera.....one that works indoors.

It is, and not necessarily because the storylines were better but because it set the foundation for the whole lot. There's just something special about it. Patrick Stewart probably. Although I did get pretty fed up with Tasha Yar going on about the sodding rape gangs on her home planet. I suspect she was covering up for the fact that she raped a whole lot of men before she left.
