there's not enough info from you, so it's kinda hard to say what cause that problem. Did this happen before or just came up?

for example I install a game like Enter The Matrix I have like 11 gigs(Out of 80) and then after installtion its like 8 gigs so after a while i decide i hate that game so i uninstall it completely no saved games no nothing and after its finished uninstalling i would only have 10 gigs left. Thats why I think this is weird

ah...so it's not a constant loss every day then

well, you could try using a program called add/remove plus to remove applications, this may help

also, have you tried navigating to the folder you installed the game in to see if there are any fragments left?
there may be hidden files you cannot see. to show these go to tools>folder options then check "show hidden files and folders)

Look for a program called SequoiaView, its freeware.
It will show you a a picture of your hard drive in block form and tell you the file name, location and size.
Also, even though you uninstall games and application, they still tend to leave a file folder with small parts of the program behind. Browse to your program files and take the time to look for folders of games and applications that you no longer have and delete them.
A good cleaning program is also good to help you clean up temp. folders and such. Use windows disk cleanup for starters; I also like a program called Ultra WinClean or System Mechanic.

Hope this helps,
Steve
