I recently recieved a message from www.musicunited.org saying the all the crap that you can imagine, what does it all mean? I have looked at the boards and found the link to find out if a subpeona has been issued at the EFF homepage, and I did not find my username. Is this just a scare tatic or a legitmate worry? And if it is no worry, has anyone recieved it more than once and how recent have they recieved it.
I looked at the musicunited site, but I didn't see anything that mentioned that there was any further action directed at a user, you know a warning or a watch list.

i recieved a warning in early june before the riaa started their nazi round up. my isp shut off my service and i called them and asked literally, "what the fuck". turns out because i was sharing 40 movies and 200 songs, i was doing a "no-no". so they turned it back on and said to be careful. i never found out who turned my ip over to my isp. point being since then i have been angry with the RIAA and it wont change...welcome to the fight

I think many of us, including myself, have tutned off messaging in KaZaa.

Though if the issue gets beyond your ISP, generally it ends there, at the moment anyway.
