Just a general question.
Is it meant for only Swedish users or users from other countries having non Swedish IP can also join?

I guess it's meant for Swedish users, but people from some other countries can join as well - it does include some countries outside of Nordics as well.

Other countries are allowed, don't believe the hype. I'm in USA and registered recently without any issues.

I still don't understand why USA IPs would be allowed.
As far as I've heard, the site is 100% PAL, which doesn't make it very useful to a country that uses NTSC.
It would've made more sense to open the site IP range up to more PAL countries instead.

because all decent players support ntsc and pal, and computers don't care about the format.
You are right about one thing though, the content isn't really geared twords us. TDC would be a wiser choice among other sites for english NTSC related dvd's.

well its not like its hard or expensive to find a dvd player that will play both ntsc and pal so that shouldnt be an issue even for those of us in america.
