flash movies weird problem

For some reason whenevr i try to watch movies online with the flash movie players the video starts to skip and it just freezes.if u need to know its the lost episodes on the abc site.I never had this problem before and i have not changed any setting or installed new programs.I am also using vista and firefox

As much as I hate to suggest it, have you tried using IE? Sometimes firefox does that, for whatever reason I don't know. Perhaps its a bug in adobe flashplayer.

its actually worse with ie

have you tried other videos? if you're streaming video it might be your connection's problem. my youtube videos sometimes f*ck up when my isp's givign me problems.
