    The freedom speech from Braveheart when Mel Gibson rides in on his horse and tells his countrymen to fight and not to give up to the English. I have seen this movie about 20 times and that part still gives me goosebumps.

    "Fire in the Sky"

    The part where the aliens examine Travis Walton.. The way they look at all his reactions when they do the experiments. Very cool!

    its really a tie for me between the x wing battle in star wars to the ending of godfather trilogy to the ending of return of the jedi. its a three way tie.
